The DHT® ThermalAir-5000A Thermal Stream System is an industrial-grade device engineered for high-precision temperature testing, offering an ultra-wide control range from -80°C to +225°C and rapid thermal transition capability—achieving shifts from -55°C to +150°C or vice versa in ≤10 seconds, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.

Equipped with an integrated air drying and filtration system, the unit delivers clean, dry airflow adjustable between 4 and 25 SCFM. It supports both manual operation modes (hot/cold/ambient cycling) and programmable modes for custom thermal profiles. A 7-inch color touchscreen with bilingual (Chinese/English) interface allows intuitive and flexible operation.

The mechanical structure features an adjustable arm with X/Y/Z-axis reach of 1300mm/400mm/360°, along with a customizable thermal insulation hood (standard Ø140mm, optional Ø74mm or Ø178mm), making it highly adaptable for temperature cycling, environmental stress screening, and thermal shock testing of semiconductors, electronic components, and non-electronic assemblies.

Multiple Operating Modes: Two operating modes are available. The manual mode is suitable for heat/environment/cold cycles, while the program operation mode allows for setting the sequence of hot and cold cycles, offering greater flexibility and convenience for various testing scenarios.
